A small idea I was thinking is to include seasonal content used by the featured footage during highlights and competitive missions , for an example , I am using summer while someone else is using Halloween , and both of us got featured in a highlight or league match of the day , basically have both of our footages to show the seasonal content we have used rather than default
I have been suggesting this idea since I still have summer seasonal content on but non of my gameplays being featured since July (where it’s back to default) no matter if I shot 20 UFOs in a single absolver beam shot or have an epic wave and survive it with no hit , RNG just isn’t with me
If someone else suggested that idea too then inform me about it
I think that’s going to introduce more confusion for those who actually stumble upon these videos. Chicken dropping cooked chicken makes sense, and so does seasonal content when it’s on both ends and released at the related time, but anything else is confusing.
At least it will keep things fresh by showing what customizations people like to play with , also another thing that will add a lot in the mix up is people who play with modded themes like touhou , however since that could take up great amount of storage to showcase in highlights and competitive video gameplays , only modded themes gameplays should show default seasonal content instead so that way they save a lot of storage upon uploading on CIU YT channel
That doesn’t work like that. IA doesn’t record a video from your gameplay. It would take way too much server space and your own internet connection if it worked like that.
I already know iA won’t record people’s gameplays , but what I meant by my second comment is since modded themes would take up lot of server space as you have stated , instead only modded themes gameplays should show up as default themes in CIU YT channel while other seasonal themes that where a part of the game can show up , that way there’s no need to take up lot of server space , however keep in mind that it’s an opinion based , just an idea I was giving out
