Add some commands to Multiplayer chat such as:
/h + text Highlights everything that comes after it, can be used in the middle of text.
/r + text Resets the color back to black, should be used after highlighting something.
/d Self-destruct your spaceship
/tm Replaces the command with ™
/b + callsign Blocks someone, you will never see text from them, can be managed in contacts

Blocking may be completely different
When you block, the player would be able to play freely but his text will not be visible and at this point, this can be used by guests not host, you can block the host too.
While kicking will just kick him out, and only host can do that.

I believe it’s possible to highlight text but that would require CE magic which is kinda illegal.
Why would you need a block command??

roblox also have a chat block command which stop receiving text from people but ok

Rather than a command just for silencing a single player in game, how about it just hides all Speech Bubbles instead? (Chat still shows up in the chatlog)
