For players who plays CIU on a phone that has a big screen but has a hard time maneuvering the ship to the left/right side of the screen using one hand (like me skill isue).
This option lets you move the window posiion at any position on the screen, as long as the letterbox option is turned on.
in the meantime do a split view with youtube so you can achieve the same thing and watch subway surfers gameplay on the side
