Can any one explain the different types of medals…and thier destruction ??
not talking trophy’s…talking QUEST Medals…seems to me some recruits even through my score per day is better…get through the QUESTS faster than seems possible…are the quest metals different for different recruits? OR do they know something that the regular recruit doesn’t…or possibly a cheat !!!
They know better farming methods than you probably.

Longer mission types and difficulties.
For damage inflicted, just do boss rush.
Mission flight time, do a long one or the Authentic Hero mission
Enemies killed: also the Authentic Hero
