Make several replies fuse into one

I don’t know if Discourse supports this but I saw this on many forums so long. Right now we have:

Reply 1

Reply 2

Both by same user.
But some sites unite that into one reply like this

Reply 1

Added after 5 minutes or Added at 10:05
Reply 2

Is this possible?

There should be an option to enable/disable it too.

Or just a pop-up with “fuse/leave as is” options.

There’s an admin action for this (I just tried it on @trueuser posts above) , but it’s not automatic, and it’s not for regular users.
