i bought bx-9 recently. now its time for legendary cubic boron heat sink and legendary M408. anyone, anyone know where they are? (i also need legen.proton-proton reactor. i dont need legend hall effect thruster because i have it maxed already)

do satellites consume reactor power when mounted into the spacecraft before the mission?

Satellites are not dependent on reactor. Reactor or anything else won’t affect satellites.
