You can’t dare anyone anymore, unless you add them in your contact list, but I’m not really sure, because Francis just sent a screenshot that shows he can’t. 
If you’re in a hurry, dare nearby people and lose/give up immediately.

in my theory, you can create a go-down machine thing with 2-3 accounts, daring eachother and lose points forever
unless ia bans all 3 accounts
