Intra-fleet chat/message

I have now added an entry to the FAQ topic:

: Can I chat with other players outside of multiplayer mode in the game (e.g. with contacts, squadron members etc.)?

: No. It would:

• Be troublesome to implement,
• Increase the server load by a significant amount,
• Make moderation more tedious than it already is (multiplayer chat is bad enough), and
• Still do the job worse than any specialized chat application, which even has voice chat functionality.

Just use one of the alternatives listed as examples below:

• Discord
• Skype
• in-real-life meeting
