How come the “I’ll be back!” boss from retro missions is exclusive to the retro missions? The other retro boss (Alien Mothership) can appear in Chicken Invasion and Boss rush missions.

It’s supposed to be a secret boss, Alien Mothership isn’t, so It will never be common unlike the Alien mothership.
I only ever find the Mothership in Boss Rush, since when is it in CIs?
Never even heard of this other one before.
Because that boss is not commonly appeared, just remember that

I’ve never found a retro mission before either, lol
They are only on wormholes, which are really difficult to find if you don’t know the coordinates
