Purchasing a CHL or any key pack will guarantee that your account will never be deleted due to inactivity.
These are actual purchases (with real money). It makes no difference what you buy in the Galactic Store using keys.

Why would you get CHL from buying an item like that? No one would get it with real money then, lol.
The chl icon you see next to some of the ships(H&C301, Mulller 408 and BX 9) means the ships cost twice as much if you don’t have chl.
