I know that everyone uses a pause in the game and it rarely happens that the hero does not move, but if it happened, I have a suggestion. When you do nothing for 15 seconds, the Hero says: Are you still there? And when you do nothing for 30 seconds it says: Zzzzzzzzz.
The first one is breaking the fourth wall, so maybe no, but the second one “Zzzzzzz” is good

In the first Hero can turn to the narrator in the sense of whether he still supports him during the battle, but the player is probably better to talk, because the narrator is not in the game.
It also depends on the wave, but it would be a simple addition, funny lyrics are always welcome! (especially in CI games in my opinion)
