Does anyone know how to upload videos on this site?

It’s impossible. You can either upload to YouTube (and set the video to link access, if you prefer), or upload it somewhere else where it’s possible to receive a direct link to the video file (e.g. Discord’s cdn.discord.com domain, which is now unreliable).
