I lost all my progress

I still have the old folder that I backed up but I can’t return my progress. @InterAction_studios , what do I do?

First, make another separate backup of C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU

Delete ONLY the folder C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU\8 and start the game again. If your progress still isn’t restored, delete the folder C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU\7 and try again. Continue going backwards in numbers (8, 7, 6, 5, etc) until it works.

Thanks for replying, but I had reset my pc entirely. I have the backup in an external HDD, and this is how the folder looks now:

@InterAction_studios

That’s where the game is installed. Your progress is saved in a different folder:

C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU

Restore that folder from your backup to the same place on your new installation (If the folder already exists on your new installation, delete it first), and everything will work.

OK, I found it. On the old one I only have 3, 4, and 5. Will that be a problem?

No, it will be fine. Just remember to first delete any existing C:\ProgramData\InterAction studios\CIU

Yes. I only have the 8th one, so I’ll delete that. I’m guessing the game will create the “8” folder again when I play?
