Without photos or videos, how can we notice the bug and fix it?

If I understand correctly,
A lot of different enemies keep tracking your mouse position even if you are dead or ran out of lives completely. This is a known bug and fixing it takes more effort than it’s worth it, as it doesn’t affect the gameplay.
