Since this update, each message has been split into each category, so i would suggest putting a hint for each one.
Events:
“There are no events for today, check back tomorrow.”
Important:
“There are currently no announements here. One will appear once something happens.”
Notifications:
“There are no notifications. You will be notified later for a notification.”
(these are the ones i found, might think of better ones later.)
