That seems to be the case, 'cus I’m on Windows 10 and the game boots up perfectly fine.
If it’s not, then I’m afraid I have no idea.

I could run the game perfectly fine on Win7. Maybe you could show us more details on your OS/specs.

I guess your system is 32-bit.
Sad story. You should upgrade to 64-bit if possible, otherwise no CIU for you.

CIU supports 32-bit just fine.

You probably have a corrupt download. Try downloading again.
