H&C 201 does not have +12% key bonus?

Is this a bug, I tried boss rush, chicken invader and meteor mode using H&C 201 and it adds nothing to the key bonus.

Check the “Equipment perks” after completed a mission (not from multiplayer).

Multiplayer does not have equipment perks bonus.
