This is the first time I have read this topic.

This happens when the game is blocked by a firewall and it is strictly a problem at your end. Try using ping gameservers.chickeninvaders.com in command prompt with administrator mode. If your result looks like this:
Pinging ec2-18-207-180-213.compute-1.amazonaws.com [18.207.180.213] with 32 bytes of data:
That means your device resolves server IP but experiencing some problems with 23006 port

Turn your firewall off temporarily to see if it helps (just because you’ve opened a port on your firewall doesn’t mean that the game/application is allowed to access it)

I try it but it did’t work.

It says could not find the host and check the address and try again.

Actually, the address is: gameservers2.chickeninvaders.com, so the FAQ was wrong.
Edit: done editing the FAQ.

Does the game uses the new host (address)? I mean sometimes I suddenly connect to the game without changing anything or maybe the game tries different hosts or my DSL does. I don’t really know.

You can’t recieve packets from the server, which means the same thing as in the topic: port blocked by something, or it’s your provider thing.
And there is unique case when you’re from country which doesn’t work with CIU for no reason, no solution found yet. The only way in this case is to use VPN.

It just shows that if the host works for you or no. In the sent packets, all the 4 packets are lost, so it just doesn’t work.

@VerMishelb , In previous version we were able to connect to the game so easily, after v50 this happened again. I think we need a Tunnel+ VPN, not a simple VPN.
