FPS is much higher than the limit

I don’t know if this is an error, but my FPS is much higher than the limit I have set
Can someone explain it to me?

I always have 160-202 FPS when the limit is 150.

There are inaccuracies in how the frame rate is regulated in Windows, especially with higher FPS. For the same reason, the original max FPS of 400 had to be reduced to 125 (and now 150).
