I don’t know if anyone reported this as bug or if it was implemented like a feature for the corn shotgun weapon in the feather fields missions.
So, i overloaded the corn shotgun weapon until it started to fire with pop corn. It seems that the pop corn particles are not able to push the feathers on collisions with them. I attached to consecutive images to see that a feather is still following me

iirc I reported this before and someone said it’s a feature, like a price for not overheating.

popcorn have no power to push those feathers

Overheated popcorns are NOT able to push the feathers.
He dont need to know that when him already know the reason of the problem
