Why would it be? Most of us enjoy fighting it.
It hasn’t been AFAIK. It’s just that a certain suggestion randomizes the waves each time on each mission, so the bosses get shuffles around each update. Also the ECCC is kinda rare too.

If you can’t consistently cause damage to the boss from that location, then it’s ok.
That’s intended. If you can kill one brother so soon, then you’ve clearly equipped to handle a challenge.

Speaking of Twice Infinity, can their speed increase while spinning at the beginning depending on difficulty?
I could, but I don’t think it’s necessary given the current enrage mechanism. As you can tell by the video, there’s enough going on to have your hands full.

I meant their speed could increase even if you didn’t kill anyone. It’ll increase more when difficulty becomes higher, and it’s only at the beginning spin, but ok as you say so.
