Well, the new bomber is AWESOME! And now more than ever, I have to suggest to have two different weapons loaded simultaneously.

It could be either another lower end bomber (or a bomber/figther hybrid with little or no velocity cap) that lets you choose your weapon (a switch weapon key would be required), or an upgrade for the bomber ship that lets you have different weapons shooting at the same time. Only problem I can not think right now with this latter solution is how picking weapon presents would behave though.

If a weapon has a variable rate of fire between power levels, does it take the average value?

Is it possible to create a key map that, when pressed, switches the extra firepower to the other pylon?

Not sure, usually they get locked after 3 reports. I don’t know if they have to be 3 reports on one user, or not for that to be the case.
