A lot of wave tweaks.

Important: Slob behaviour has changed in this version. Slobs will now speed up towards the edges of the screen to avoid falling too far behind and disappearing while they are still visible. Report Slob oddities here.

You can skip/warp around waves: Press SHIFT+keys 0-9, -, = to set chapter (from 1 to 12), or press 0-9 keys to set wave in chapter (from 1 to 10).

Also, you can press Ctrl+R to re-generate the current wave with a new random seed (won’t work on very first wave). :warning: Do not use this during multiplayer games, because you will desync any players connected to you. This is true even if you press Ctrl+R during some previous single-player mission. Basically, once you press Ctrl+R in any mission, then you must quit and restart the game before playing multiplayer.

You can link your existing account that you normally use. Progress on the BETA server is completely separate from the LIVE server. It’s based on a database snapshot when the previous version was released, so your progress will be rolled back slightly (when compared to your live account). And, when the new version is officially released, any progress you made on the BETA server will be lost. Additionally, any translation changes will also be lost.

Multiplayer games will work, however note that your network connectivity will not be correctly detected by the BETA server (I think it will always say “Port-restricted cone NAT”). If there is a discrepancy between detection and your actual NAT type, then you will not be able to join some multiplayer games (even if they are listed). If the discrepancy lies on the host side, then none of the guests will be able to connect.

I can’t test that BETA Version
Because my account got banned until August 17
Well then
But i can create another account to test it

But i was thinking if there Darkness mission with Lightning Environmental
I was think change color of Lightning from blue to grey only in Darkness mission

Seems like a useless visual change (no offense). What could be better is to increase your POV / Range of Vision whenever a new lightening strikes in Darkness Missions only.

Didn’t play the game for a while so I don’t know if that’s already exists or not.

The ban happened in the current version not the previous version so it should to be possible play as your main account un the beta normally. Also, why did you get banned?

If you joined a multiplayer game and then going to the next wave the game always crash even though the host didn’t press Ctrl+R.

@MafiaPlay2 and I discovered this.

Also, when using Ctrl+R in the mission intro the game crashes.

I checked by Version 156 beta also banned

But i think it’s because of click Esc+P to unpause hacker

It is not possible to change the lightning color to match the Darkness mission environment. Because in the “.tga” resource I see there is no white gray lightning texture. Only Cyan, Red, Orange, Pink and Green.

This isn’t a problem, Either make a grey version of lightings or just reuse the Black and White effect from the background on the lighting.

The dash line is grayscaled so it should theoretically easier to recolor it in code.
About the lightning texture, I just didn’t get what the other lightning color used for. Like green and yellow lightning. Hmm…

They are from bosses beam attacks like: Chicken Multiplicity and Master Squawker, Twice Infinity, Egg Cannon.

The new hot lighting sprite is straight up reused from Henperor’s Apprentice and the other effects are just recolored with code.

i think multiplayer zombie silver lightning warning sign. No suggestion! and orange lightning for hot environments to add this?

Can’t replicate. At some point of the game host must press Ctrl+R, then sooner or later guest will crash.

Ah, ok. I see what is going on now. If host presses Ctrl+R (even in single-player missions) then guests will still crash even after starting a brand new mission. Basically, once Ctrl+R is pressed, host needs to quit game altogether and restart.

Known. Don’t do that.
