There are 100 Space Burgers but only 50 droids, so… 
Most likely the screenshot taken for that was taken before the fix. Fixed in v.19 Bug

on that note some star systems have two droids, and i remember one even having three of them so the amount of systems that have droids is slightly smaller. not sure if that’s an issue
