Time is gold. Adding something big into game isn’t an easy work to do, so keep your patience! Developers aren’t the robots.

Fact that everyone already known (or someone else still don’t know): Whenever Episode Mission come back, they will become the thing that you must pay your money to play them, 100%.

pretty sure he mentioned in discord he would need to find a way to make it so that existing owners of the episodes on steam can get access to the content in ciu for free

If it’s as “simple” as showing receipts to prove proof of purchase, I can do that for 3-5, as it’s in my Steam library and I have the files to run 2 as a standalone program.

Owners of existing games can be given remake/new part for free or given a discount coupon for it. Though not sure how that would work if we’re talking about actual game giving a DLC for another game. Never before heard of such situation.
I mean, it would probably be best to just contact Steam support Jeremy to get precise answers because Steamworks documentation doesn’t cover this exact situation.
Still also a question which CI purchases would qualify. For example. I have CI5 bought from IA’s site so I have all DLCs for free even on Steam through steam keys. But for CI2-CI4 I only bought the standard edition straight on Steam because editions are worthless. So what in this situation?

I have a question for my experience about Multiplayer.
I set my NAT as Full-cone by using “Netch”. I don’t know but when i host any Multiplayer rooms, some people said my room was ‘lag’, they even get timed out. I need an explaination for this, do i need to solve something else to make everyone can join my room more convenient?

Having Full-cones doesn’t make you (or your room) less lag.
What should i do to make sure that mostly everyone can join my room, and less lag as possible as i can?
Simply ask your ISP to come and changes your Router NAT type. That’s the most way.
Or change the network providers to another better one.
It is possible to tinker with the Router settings, but well, only do it when you understand what you’re doing.
