This was a bug in CI4 that was fixed in CIU.

What about bringing back the easter bunny too?

The bunny is already in as a boss. As for a regular enemy, it’s very unlikely because I’d have to reskin all chicken variations.

in the Thanksgiving Edition, when hitting the Magnetic Manipulator, it makes Thanksgiving Chicken (Turkey) noises like it should (?)

That’s actually the bug – it shouldn’t. The death cry is correct. However, turkey sounds can’t selectively replace only some chicken sounds – it’s all or nothing. Made a note to think about this.
