So much for “flawless masterpiece” . Will fix. This will require a version bump to 127, however, and I’m uncertain if it’s worth doing now (it only affects multiplayer games).

MULTIPLAYER PARTY

A series of multiplayer games will be hosted on Saturday, December 17th 2022. The details of these matches are still being worked out, and a schedule will be posted tomorrow. Footage from these multiplayer missions may be used in upcoming CIU trailers and promo videos on YouTube, so make sure you touch up your paintjobs and polish those exhaust nozzles before you join.

A lot of content from the previous episodes (CI2, CI3, CI4, and CI5) has been reworked, remastered, and re-designed, and incorporated into CIU

Hope to see all of content from episodes in CIU so we can have an easy remake in form of DLCs.

CIU currently has 261 unique waves (not including variations), 104 of which are new

I wouldn’t list key rush, ironman, budget constraint and pot luck there. It’s just normal mission but with some stats altered (higher key drop, insane difficulty, limited items, random items).

Speaking of previous episodes. Any chance that co-op on same PC will return? CI games were (and still are, but the episodes seem so… meh now compared to CIU) to play with others when they visit you.

The soundtrack will become available on Steam sometime in January 2023

So there is a chance it will be in very high quality possibly never before heard in games. At least I sincerely hope so that you will use the ability of Steam to provide .flac files.

The game is still being listed as “Early Access” on Steam. It will undoubtedly transition out of Early Access, but at this point it’s still unclear whether Steam itself needs to validate the game before this can happen, or how long the process will take.

Not gonna lie. I expected some hidden surprise in form of something new (a boss, weapon, some expansions) to celebrate the occasion. Maybe it could also be then worth it to get a Steam news card that shows every time you boot up Steam, but I don’t know how is it chosen and this version certainly doesn’t seem like some major difference to previous version.

After many months of playing missions, grilling chicken for food for the kids in the basement, playing this game for over 6 hours straight just for a rank, it’s here, despite me being in the community for a year, I have made many additions to the game. Gud game, number #1 game, it should be GOTY if it was big enough.

Can it be made available in flac in addition to mp3? Steam allows soundtracks to include lossless (or “high quality” as they call it) audio as optional downloads.
