Everytime I download latest version of CIU, in setup, I can’t choose folder where I want it to extract. It is really annoying to move files everytime where I want when extracting is finished. Am I the only one who doesn’t like this?

The installation wizard only prompts you where you want to install the game if you don’t already have it. The easiest way to make the wizard ask this again is to uninstall the game first. Your local save data (i.e. stuff in the ‘Accounts’ and ‘Settings’ screens) will be kept even after uninstallation.

that’s mean your game already in the system and it’s only update the game file
if you want to change the directory, uninstall it first then install
