CIU isn't starting

Well, basically when I click on it, it doesn’t open at all. CI4 does work fine tho. Anybody knows why this happens?

Try reinstalling the game, and if the problem persists, try to reset your PC

Well, that would be like cutting your arm off for stubbing your finger.
