CIU high FPS game crash glitch

this problem always happen when I crank up more than 60 fps since the beginning

I should but im a bit scared because this is not a VM this is my pc & what if something happens? Can you give me links?

to note that I have directX 12 but not its ultimate which is disabled & my driver version at that end of its number is 0 but the latest is 1
