I have it installed on E and it thinks it’s on C, so I cannot run anything as administrator. Probably why browser wouldn’t work as expected.
Well, I have some modded windows ISO files here, one of them is extremely suggested for gaming experience and for low end devices like yours.
Revi 11 (Windows 11 modded, which I’m using) can still run smoothly on your computer, but most importantly, upgrade your cpu, or sticking with Windows 8.1 is not a bad choice, but vulnerable

But I could say: Gaming with i2 core duo is an massive pain ;-; I’ve experienced that before on my old laptop
I used windows 8.1 for years, just switched in 2019. sad to see that microsoft ended support for win 8.1 still had installed on some of my old devices.

Or actually, the loading time AND the time you took on first click was counted, so I guess my clock is fine.

There is two possibilities, either youtube doesn’t show time accurately or the IGT is inaccurate i should test that using livesplit
