Can't download DLC on mobile

I was able to install the DLC using Steam, in CIU I was able to install the DLC on my PC, but not on my phone. Maybe the DLC can’t be downloaded to the phone, but I haven’t heard anything from InterAction about it

On your phone, did you also have the DLC in the previous version (v.151)? Or did you purchase it on v.152?

Also, please follow these steps:

1. At the main menu, select “Play” and log in
2. Log out again
3. Again at the main menu, use 4 fingers to touch each corner of the screen simultaneously (one finger for each corner).
4. You should see a small “Crash” button appear at the top-left of the screen.
5. Press the “Crash” button (it’s a small target, so it might require a few attempts).
6. Once the game closes, reload it and log in again

Let me know once you do this, and I’ll investigate the logs.

Maybe there’s problem of your network

I tried for a long time to press on 4 corners of the screen at the same time, but the button did not appear, and also i export all DLC in v151

Go to Options → DLC downloads → Delete all files

Then, log in again. Does it work now?

UPD: problem was sloved by switching mobile internet to Wi-Fi

Is it possible a firewall is blocking network traffic? Are you running any such network software on your smartphone?

or whatever did you try check your router to see what’s going on in your end?

because i’m sure there’s an possibly of chance that your router blocks to communicate the dlc servers.
