Anyways, CIU supports OpenGL 1.1, which is very old, you should be able to run it fine on a normal computer from 2000
Maybe your OPENGL version is not fully supported.

You are running CIU under some sort of emulation layer, so anything can be expected.
CIU uses DirectX 11, not OpenGL . Although OpenGL versions of CIU do exist, they are for different platforms and they are not yet publicly available.

How can you run the game using exagear? I tried it and the app just crashed
