Bullets covered in bubbles that when popped (by destroying other enemies, by deactivation by time, etc.), acts as a normal projectile (quite obviously).
Be vary of where they’re pointing at (assume that this is enemy neutron).
I heard this idea somewhere, but from a suggested boss.
