Base, Headquarters And, B2 spacecrafts

Hello everyone,
Have you ever wondered where our ships are being kept? I have and I think that InterActive Studios should add bases which are giant carriers that contain all our belongings and contain every thing like galactic store, squadron, contact, DLC etc. Your base will be upgraded according to your quest rank, increasing its speed for travelling, and hanger capacity which will eventually end at 99, player with more ships they can keep because of their hanger will have to reserve some.
The Galactic Store
Instead of going to the galactic store by clicking on the shopping cart icon you will click on your base, select the icon, it will take you to a terminal in which you can select thing and order them, then after some time a a scout ship will come from the nearest
rest aftermarket station and deliver your items.
Mail
The mail will also be accessible within the base, clicking on it the mail icon will send you to a terminal which will show the mails.
Space Crafts
Your space crafts will be available in a hanger with up to 99 ship storage you will be able to do all the ship customization in the hanger. You flag ship will be available in the star system while the base is outside the star system,
when you mount things like special weapons, skills etc it will not be before missions, it will be within the base, after the mounting the base will send a droid which will change the mounted items in your ship, and bases will not have weapons.

:flying_saucer: NEW SPACECRAFT CONCEPT: The UHF “Spirit” Stealth Bomber

To go along with the new Star-Base hangar system, I propose adding a brand-new playable flagship design based on the legendary B-2 Bomber (Flying Wing design).
B2-Phobetor

  • Role: Heavy Stealth Bomber / Stealth Infiltrator
  • Mass: 13,000
  • slots: 20
  • Weapon limit: 18
  • Satelites: 4
  • Features: satellites mounted directly on its wings, 2 on each side
  • price: 2,000

B2-Erebus

  • Role: Heavy Stealth Bomber / Stealth Infiltrator
  • Mass: 14,879
  • slots: 22
  • Weapon limit: 20
  • Satellites: 6
  • Features: Increases special weapon overall damage
  • price: 3,000

B2-Tartarus
(This was made by an ancient species of aliens)

  • Role: Heavy Stealth Bomber / Stealth Infiltrator
  • Mass: 16,283
  • slots: 26
  • Weapon limit: 20
  • Satellites: 7
  • Features: breaks Newton’s 2nd law making it move quickly, and mounts satellite in-front of it
  • price: 4,900

How it works with the Star-Base System:

Since this ship is incredibly wide, it takes up two standard hangar slots inside your base. If your current Quest Rank base doesn’t have enough capacity, you will have to send your smaller scouts to the “planetary reserves” to make room for this giant stealth titan!
Head Quarters
Speaking of a base we will also need head quarters which is for the UHF, where galactic cups will be held the, awards for most active recruit weekly and daily, most active squadron and awards that can not be achieved in missions will be awarded. To receive the award, you will be worm holed to headquarters, the award will will not be only medals but also keys, special weapons, and ship parts eg, engines
Galactic cup
For the galactic cup, the qualification will go on in the player’s local base, results will be submitted after 3 days as usual, the those who qualify will be worm holed transporting them to the head quarters where the games will begin.

I want the game to have that Sci-Fi realism, don’t you think it would be nice having your own base :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Like u mean every squad has a base? Bec this ain’t a command and conquer game

Problem is: This is just a game, any conveniences should be kept. Whatever you said just cause the player to spend fuel, which is also need keys to buy?? What if players out of fuel? Stay in a place forever?

And for your idea about new spacecraft, i think i may get reading issue but … i don’t see any different from 4 existed spaceship families. This somehow even useless if we compare to them.

Bases are for individual players, and I’m not talking about command and conquer. Have you ever thought of where our other ships are kept?

Thanks for the feedback Knightcap! Those are really good points about convenience and balancing. Let me clarify how these features would actually work so they don’t slow down the gameplay or waste your keys:

1. The Fuel & Convenience Concern

  • No Extra Fuel Cost: Moving your Base wouldn’t cost standard fuel. It moves automatically to the region you warp to, or it travels in the background while you are on missions.
  • Fast Menus are Still There: The Base is purely an optional, immersive hub for players who want to see their ship collection displayed in a 3D hangar. If you are in a rush, you can still use quick-hotkeys or immediate menu shortcuts just like right now. The Droid delivery is just a cool background visual animation while you prepare for your next flight!

2. How the B2 Stealth Family is Different from Existing Ships

I want the B2 family to feel completely distinct from the current standard fighters. Here is what makes them unique:

  • The Phobetor: Unlike other ships where satellites trail behind you loosely, its 4 satellites are locked tightly to the wings. This gives you a perfectly predictable, wide, static firing lane that is amazing for sweeping massive chicken waves.
  • The Erebus: It is built specifically to increase the damage of Special Weapons (like Nuclear Detonators or Plasma Streams), giving players a reason to build a “Heavy Bomber” playstyle rather than just relying on primary weapons.
  • The Tartarus: The ‘Newton’s 2nd Law’ feature means it completely ignores standard ship weight/inertia penalties. It flashes across the screen instantly despite its massive 16,283 mass, and mounting the satellites in front means they act as an aggressive forward shield/firing spear.

The goal isn’t to make the game slower, but to give high-rank players a cool ‘carrier commander’ endgame to spend their extra keys on! What do you think of adjusting the mechanics this way?"

I actually agree with this idea I hope it will be implemented on next version again. @InterAction_studios
