Translate: English is the easiest language, Russian is the hardest in the grammar (Π»ΠΎΠΆΠΊΠ° Π»Π΅ΠΆΠΈΡ, ΡΠ°ΡΠ΅Π»ΠΊΠ° ΡΡΠΎΠΈΡ). Those who know both can easy talk with everyone. I agreed itβs better to talk on English because itβs more easy than any other (and 'cause everyone talks English on this forum).
As I said - I think Serbian might even be a bit harder than Russian. Anyway, yeah, letβs talk in English.
