Add blizzard to frozen environment

Every wave (including boss wave) has a random chance to appear blizzard

This is what the blizzard does to your spacecraft:

  1. Freeze your spacecraft canopy quicker
  2. Weapon that has travel time will slow down
  3. Fire weapon damage decrease by 10%

Are bomber ships going to be suffering from extreme slow movement that any enemy/boss with quick attacks could kill them easily? (as in laser attack from super-chick from chicken multiplicity)
