What is a VGA Engine?
VGA Engine is a graphics library that’s been powering all of Interaction Studios games except the oldest ones.
CIU Engine is used what called:Ultra VGA Engine for DirectX 9.0c Ultra Edition
Except Ultra VGA Engine for DirectX 8.1 Ultra Edition
