From Tourist to Superstar Hero the arrow goes to 6 points only when there is 8 points:

Maybe in v50, Who knows. They are currently focusing on rebalancing weapons so this can wait.

Because it will make you rage quit after playing it, and the game is pretty much unbalanced so… Not yet implemented
But there are missions which are so easy that even Superstar Hero doesn’t make it hard.
+100% difficult difficulty= Every mission is a elite
