A problem of a badge

I tried get this badge a lot of times but I cant get it for some reason, is possible what it is broken?

You need to reply to a forum email. But it does not work.

It only shows ‘Visit Topic to reply’ in the email.

I don’t think this feature can ever work in the current deployment. The forum and the mail server are hosted in different places, so they can’t communicate with each other (which I assume is required for this feature to work).

I would have to host the forum myself, configure it, and maintain it. So, no.
