So I was just casually playing boot camp at rookie difficulty, and then I lost all my lives at wave 9 in the second loop, when I saw the results screen, it said “Defeat” instead of “Victory”, even though I have finished the first loop
@InterAction_studios can you please fix this? It is supposed to say “Victory” even if I lost all my lives after finishing the first loop
It’s intended.
If you died (losing all your lives), then that’s intended. If you willingly left after the first loop, then it’ll be recognized as a victory.
why would this happen? why can’t it be recognized as a victory if the first loop is finished?
Because if you don’t, there’s the implication that you’re pushing forward to complete the second loop. Kind of like how you beat a stage in BTD6 and you willingly press Freeplay to go forward on infinite levels.
Yes it happens to me
Just press “Win” if you want to win after the first loop. Otherwise game will think you are attempt to beat the 2nd loop or higher.
Can’t believe this mode is around for over half a year now and people still don’t get this.
