It’s on the heroware stores and even this spreadsheet will help you to find it this legendary reactor since someone did found it.

yw! if you have problems how the game works or something then this guide provides you an ton of stuff as well.
keep in mind this guide is really obsolete and does not include some stuff from mid-2023 till 2025 updates specifically the episodes and boot camp.
read at your own risk.
