so I reinstal the windows previously I’ve had windows 8 and now I have windows 7…don’t tell me the windows 7 is no longer supported!!?

Try these in order:

1. Make sure your graphics card driver is correctly installed (and not some generic version). Update it to most recent version, if necessary.
2. Install latest DirectX: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
3. Install Win7 Platform Update: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805

it is the graphics card driver…like our hero would say I’m so good but seriously you’ve got some doubts about it?! and I make a quip
anyway since you are here IA one question now that we have a CH license what happens if we lose our account? there 100% support? like in my case I reinstall the windows and I make some backups…but if I would’t the accont is still recuperable!?

If you have a CHL, then this guarantees that your account will never be deleted from the server, and you can always recover it through the e-mail associated with it.

If you ever change e-mails, update it within the game itself (or e-mail me if you don’t have a working CIU installation).
