Well just an usual wave idea with a little bit more complex mechanism. Here we go into its concept.
This wave will be met at 45% difficulty and above.
This’s how the wave looks like. A closed “lap of race” with 4 interdimensional portals outside:
Enemies will appear from portals like the image below. They’ll then travel clockwise or counterclockwise at the same direction of two anomaly zones. (Mean that this wave has two variants)
If you destroy a row of enemies, the remaining rows will continue running until they stay next to the nearest portals. Then a new enemies row will be spawned from the portal at the empty place. (In the images below, 4 pilot chickens are the newly spawned enemies).
At much higher difficulty, the number of enemies spawned by portals might be increased. This’s an example:
