The score field becomes transparent when the spacecraft flies over it but hides enemies and eggs. It should be transparent when something that can kills you is in this area. Or just to flies over the field and be visible. Especially for the waves with this icy fog when I should fly around to clear the screen.

Suggested before, but I don’t think this is a good idea because that would basically make all waves have the score HUD hiding and appearing again repeatedly, very annoying. But if there is an option to hide score HUD entirely it could still be good (but you cannot see your overheat bar).
