Everything is ok for me. Does Windows SmartScreen yell at you that this app is dangerous? Just press a button to show more info and it’ll let you launch the installer.

It’s normal. Window Security sometime misunderstand normal programs as virus just because they change some specific files. If CIU is a virus, then this game can’t be this well-known.
That was the same for me it shows the app is not downloaded in a huge amount so windows smart screen cannot scan it
