I don’t think so. Most photo viewer apps I know has a feature that allows you to rotate photos.

Has issue with rotation of photo screen capture if system would allow be it or not…i don’t even know why the oldest phone is going to glitch it. So Skip it that anyway

i rotated it so using microsoft office 2010 edit rotate change at all.
