Edit: I think I know how to get this accuracy quest done, play Squawk Block with Absolver Beam, you’ll almost GUARENTEED to get one in ALL waves.

I asked iA, the accuracy is tracked per projectile even in wave transitions and require at least 10 shots. So the rules are:
+) Shoot at least 10 times and be sure that every shot is accurate (1 shot for each column of enemies).
+) DON’T SHOOT BETWEEN WAVES.

Use a bx, 1 shot for 2 columns and you’ll still get the medal cause it’s 2 beams each shot, way quicker

More projectiles is quicker but also riskier because if you don’t aim precisely there will be 1 beam shot unaccurately.
