So, say you’re walking backwards (to keep the Weeping Angels locked) and you never observe a Weeping Angel that would be seen if you were looking normally (walking forward). Would those Angels still trigger?

Yes. The simple rule of weeping angels is you have to stare at them for them to freeze in place (btw they can move in the darkness, regardless if ur looking at them). And so ones you aren’t looking at would still get you
