what is 2FA
2FA (two-factor authentication) is a security process that requires you to prove your identity using two different pieces of evidence before you can log into an account or system.
For example, you have 2FA turned on on google account. Now next time if you login to the account, you not only need password but also need a second piece of evidence to prove that it’s really you trying to login. Like a backup code or passkey (fingerprints).
2FA is used to make your accounts securer.
Have my gmail tokenlogged almost 2 months ago and need goggle authenticator help. You should do this too, it might take more time to login but you don’t want your account get hacked. Some time it also called MFA (multi-factor authentication).
